When I started this site, I was a Beachbody “coach” hoping to use this space to share recipes, workouts, tips and tricks, etc. Instead, it has morphed into this on and off transcription of my life and struggles with health and weight. I hope I am keeping what I post up beat and of service to someone.

I humbly thank each of you that follow. I am often startled and flattered when a message comes through that I have a new follower here. Especially since I post here so irregularly. The only place I am really consistent about posting is on my Instagram, which you are all welcome to follow: though I do also have the images scrolling along the side.

Whether you have been here for awhile or you are fairly new, I thank you. And ask you – what would you like to see here? How can I bring value to your day? In a sea of noise, what music can I provide to you? Comment are open and welcome.
